Calming Couch Bed

Will it slide around on my couch?
Two adjustable anchor straps tuck into the crease between your seat and back cushions, and the underside is a grippy non-slip weave. On slippery leather, tuck the back edge an inch deeper into the crease and it won't budge — the same trick works on a sectional.

Is it actually waterproof?
It's water-resistant, and we'd rather say so precisely. A TPU membrane sits under the sleeping surface and the front panel, which handles drool, wet paws and small accidents long enough for you to lift the cover off. It is not a sealed tarp — if something soaks it, take it off the couch rather than waiting.

Will it hold up in the wash?
The cover unzips and the bolster inserts come out, which is the whole reason it survives. Beds that go in the machine whole are the ones that come out lumpy. Cold wash, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener. If yours doesn't hold up, that's what the 60 nights are for.

What if my dog just ignores it?
Some dogs jump straight on. Others need three days. Put it where he already sleeps, drop a toy or an unwashed t-shirt of yours on it, and don't make a thing of it. If he still won't use it after 60 nights, email us for a full refund — and keep the bed.

Which size should I get?
Measure your couch cushion, not your dog. Small fits an armchair or one loveseat cushion. Large fits one cushion of a standard sofa. Jumbo fits the wide seat of a large sofa or sectional. Between two sizes, go up — nobody has ever returned this for being too big.

Which size for a 3-seat sofa?
Two Larges side by side, not one Jumbo. Jumbo is built for the wide seat of a sectional; two Larges cover a standard 3-seat sofa fully and let you wash one while the other stays in place.

Does it smell when it arrives?
It can have a faint packaging smell out of the bag. Air it out for a day, or run the cover through a cold wash before first use, and it's gone.

Does it trap more hair?
It concentrates hair, which is the point. All of it lands on one cover you can throw in the machine instead of being ground into three cushions you can't.

Can I use it in the car or on the floor?
Yes. Small fits most back seats, and all three sizes work as floor beds or at the foot of your bed. The anchor straps just hang loose.

Is it safe if my dog chews?
It's a bed, not a chew toy. If yours destroys bedding, this won't survive him and we'd rather tell you now than sell you one. Everything else — shedders, droolers, seniors, diggers — it's built for.

Dog Deodorizing Spray

What is it for?
A no-rinse mist for your dog's coat, bed, crate and back seat between baths. It is not a bath and it is not perfume.

How do I use it?
One light mist from about 20 cm, avoiding the eyes. Dry in about two minutes. Roughly 25 to 30 applications per bottle, so about three months at twice a week.
